Privacy
This is a plain-language summary of how Nizbly handles data today. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by an attorney; a formal privacy policy will be published before we add accounts or payments.
No account needed
You can play every game without signing up. We don't ask for your name, email, or any personal profile to play.
What we store on your device and our servers
Your preferences (theme, grade level) are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device. Clearing browser storage resets them. Your streak and solve history are stored on our servers, keyed to an anonymous id in a cookie — no name or email attached to it.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregate, plus our own anonymous, aggregate gameplay metrics to understand whether puzzles are fair and which games people enjoy. These measurements are not tied to a real-world identity.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell or rent your data, and we don't run third-party advertising trackers.
Children & schools
Nizbly is designed to be safe for younger players. In our schools channel, optional analytics for these players are limited to basic aggregate metrics. For players who select a younger grade band on the consumer site, we apply the same limits on a best-effort basis. More detail will land with the formal policy.
